摘要
高水平对外开放需要高素质的关务与外贸服务专业合规人才。获得AEO认证体现了跨境贸易的发展趋势和要求,培养具有AEO素养的关务与外贸服务专业合规人才是当前高职院校外贸类专业的一项重要任务。武汉软件工程职业学院经过探索,构建了“三个AEO典型元素融入、四阶段能力递进、数字化资源赋能”的人才培养模式,使学生的合规素养得到了大幅提升。
High-level opening up to the outside world requires highly qualified professionals in customs and foreign trade services compliance.Obtaining AEO certification reflects the development trend and requirements of crossborder trade,and cultivating compliance talents in customs and foreign trade services with AEO literacy is an important task for foreign trade majors in current vocational colleges.After exploration,Wuhan Software Engineering Vocational College has established a talent training model that integrates"three typical AEO elements,progresses in four stages of abilities,and empowers with digital resources",which has significantly improved students'compliance literacy.
