全自动流动注射分析仪测定水体中挥发酚的方法研究

摘要 通过考察显色剂浓度、显色体系p H值及优化仪器参数,建立了全自动流动注射分析仪测定水体中挥发酚含量的分析方法。结果表明,挥发酚的质量浓度在0~0.200mg·L^(-1)范围内与对应的信号强度呈线性关系,相关系数为0.9999,方法检出限为0.001mg·L^(-1),测定下限为0.004mg·L^(-1)。通过对水质挥发酚标准物质分析,测定结果的相对标准偏差(n=6)为0.78%~2.13%,相对误差为-0.60%~2.68%;同时对实际样品进行加标回收实验,加标回收率为94.0%~105%。本方法具有自动进样、分析速度快、绿色环保等优点,可以满足各种水体中挥发酚含量的快速测定需求。 The analysis method for determining the content of volatile phenols in water using a fully automatic flow injection analyzer was established by examining the concentration of color reagents,the pH value of the color system,and optimizing instrument parameters.The results showed that there was a linear relationship between the mass concentration of volatile phenols and the corresponding signal intensity in the range of 0-0.200mg·L^(-1),with a correlation coefficient of 0.9999.The method detection limit was 0.001mg·L^(-1),and the lower limit of determination was 0.004mg·L^(-1).By analyzing the standard substances of volatile phenols in water quality,the relative standard deviation(n=6)of the measurement results was in the range of 0.78%-2.13%,and the relative error was in the range of-0.60%-2.68%.At the same time,spiked recovery experiments were carried out on actual samples,and the spiked recovery rate was 94.0%-105%.This method has the advantages of automatic sampling,fast analysis speed,and environmental friendliness,and can meet the rapid determination needs of volatile phenol content in various water bodies.
