摘要
智能养老是利用人工智能技术与养老服务相结合,解决我国养老服务人力资源短缺,推动我国老年人健康生活数字化转型以及促进社会养老服务体系创新发展的有效方法。但智能养老仍面临法律规范缺位、人力与技术供给不足、传统伦理关系受冲击、农村推广难等多重困境。只有完善相关法律法规,构建规范高效的智能养老体系;企业加大人才培育力度,深化技术安全和内容创新;政府坚持以人为本,提供农村老人智能化服务;家庭和社区加强协同合作,助力老人合理使用智能产品。构建多元主体共同参与其中,才能助力智能养老的可持续性发展,积极应对老龄化。
Intelligent elderly care,which integrates artificial intelligence technology with elderly care services,is an effective way to address the issue of insufficient workforce in China’s elderly care services,promote the digital transformation of the healthy lives of the elderly in China,and stimulate the innovative development of the elderly care service system.However,several problems are found in intelligent elderly care,including the absence of relevant legal regulations and guidance,defects in terms of talent pool and technology,huge impacts upon traditional ethical relationships and enormous obstacles to promoting it in rural areas.Consequently,in order to promote the sustainable development of intelligent elderly care and address the issue of population aging in an effective manner,China is required to improve related laws and regulations;construct a standardized and efficient intelligent elderly care system;enterprises should put more efforts in talent cultivation,tighten technological security measures and further content innovation;the government should adhere to a people-centered approach and provide intelligent services for rural elderly population;families and communities should strengthen collaborations and provide assistance in the proper use of intelligent products,thereby establishing a multi-subject participation mechanism.
