摘要
目的观察五红汤对恶性肿瘤患者细胞免疫功能和癌因性疲乏(cancer-related fatigue,CRF)的临床疗效。方法选取2018年6月至2019年12月淄博市中医医院恶性肿瘤住院患者80例,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组40例。对照组给予对症支持治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用五红汤,两组均连续治疗1个月。比较治疗前后两组T淋巴细胞亚群、中医证候积分(神疲乏力)、疲乏程度、卡氏功能状态评分(Karnofsky performance score,KPS)的差异。结果80例患者中,男43例、女37例,年龄22~87岁、平均(63.1±13.1)岁。治疗后,治疗组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)较治疗前均明显升高,且CD3^(+)[(707.72±131.91)个/μL比(590.30±89.92)个/μL]、CD4^(+)[(333.70±96.92)个/μL比(232.70±56.83)个/μL]、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)比值[(1.83±0.64)比(1.33±0.62)]均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组中医证候积分(神疲乏力)较治疗前明显改善,且改善情况优于对照组;疲乏程度低于对照组[(4.61±1.35)分比(5.29±1.46)分];KPS评分高于对照组[(80.00±6.62)分比(70.00±7.84)分],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组安全性指标均未见异常。结论五红汤能明显提高恶性肿瘤患者细胞免疫功能,使患者的疲乏状态、体能状况显著改善,且安全性良好。
Objective To observe the the clinical effect of Wuhong decoction on cellular immune function and cancerrelated fatigue(CRF)in patients with malignant tumor.Methods A total of eighty hospitalized patients with malignant tumors in Zibo Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)from June 2018 to December 2019 were selected,and were divided into control group and the treatment group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was received symptomatic support treatment,while the treatment group was given Wuhong decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for one month.Tlymphocyte subsets,TCM syndrome score(mental fatigue),fatigue degree and Karnofsky performance score(KPS)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Among the 80 patients,there were 43 males and 37 females,aged from 22 to 87 years,with a mean age of(63.1±13.1)years.After treatment,CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、the ratio of CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the treatment group were significantly higher than those before treatment,and CD3^(+)[(707.72±131.91)cell/μL vs.(590.30±89.92)cell/μL],CD4^(+)[(333.70±96.92)cell/μL vs.(232.70±56.83)cell/μL]and the ratio of CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)[(1.83±0.64)vs.(1.33±0.62)]were all higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score(mental fatigue)in the treatment group was significantly improved compared with that before treatment,and the improvement was better than that of the control group,moreover,the degree of fatigue was lower than that of the control group[(4.61±1.35)points vs.(5.29±1.46)points],and the KPS score was higher than that of the control group[(80.00±6.62)points vs.(70.00±7.84)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).No abnormality was found in the safety indexes of the two groups.Conclusions Wuhong decoction can obviously enhance the immune function,improve their fatigue and physical fitness with good safety of patients with malignant tumor.
