摘要
数字教育转型对职业教育“双师型”教师的实践教学能力提出新要求,要求教师具备数字实践教学设计、产教融合实践指导、实践教学评价创新等方面的能力。而“双师型”教师作为高职教师的代表群体,其实践教学能力的提升需面对内外双重影响因素。基于此,文章从构建分层培养体系、完善制度激励、深化校企协同、强化数字赋能等方面提出实施路径,旨在为“双师型”教师实践教学能力提升提供系统化的解决方案,促进职业教育人才培养与数字时代需求深度对接,进而推动职业教育高质量发展。
The transformation of digital education has put forward new requirements for the practical teaching ability of vocational education"dual qualified"teachers,requiring them to have the ability to design digital practical teaching,guide the integration of industry and education,and innovate the evaluation of practical teaching.As a representative group of vocational college teachers,the improvement of practical teaching ability of"dual qualified"teachers needs to face both internal and external influencing factors.Based on this,the article proposes an implementation path from the aspects of building a hierarchical training system,improving institutional incentives,deepening school enterprise collaboration,and strengthening digital empowerment,aiming to provide a systematic solution for improving the practical teaching ability of"dual qualified"teachers,promote the deep connection between vocational education talent cultivation and the needs of the digital age,and further promote the high-quality development of vocational education.
