摘要
近年来,已有研究表明,学生的学习行为过程就是对内外部信息刺激的遵从过程,且其在社会信息影响下产生的遵从行为是具有一定内在规律的。“学习遵从”行为模式不仅揭示了内外部动因的融合机制,还为深入理解学生学习行为的内在规律提供了新的理论视角。基于此,文章聚焦大学生学习行为的内在规律,系统探究学习遵从的影响机制。通过构建学习遵从行为的多层次影响因素模型,揭示了学业自我认知、家庭期望、学习氛围、发展需求和激励政策等因素对学习遵从行为的交互作用机制,并据此提出促进大学生学习遵从行为的策略建议。
In recent years,studies have shown that students'learning behavior is a process of compliance with internal and external information stimuli,and their compliance behavior under the influence of social information has certain inherent rules.The"learning compliance"behavior pattern not only reveals the fusion mechanism of internal and external motivations,but also provides a new theoretical perspective for a deeper understanding of the inherent laws of students'learning behavior.Based on this,the article focuses on the inherent laws of college students'learning behavior and systematically explores the impact mechanism of learning compliance.By constructing a multi-level influencing factor model of learning compliance behavior,this study reveals the interactive mechanism of factors such as academic self-awareness,family expectations,learning atmosphere,development needs,and incentive policies on learning compliance behavior.Based on this,strategic recommendations are proposed to promote learning compliance behavior among college students.
