摘要
文章深入研究了积极心理学在职教本科院校职业发展与就业指导课程中的应用。研究发现,当前课程存在教学对象对职业认知不足、教学内容与专业适配性不高、教学评价缺乏职业靶向性、教学队伍行业关联性较弱、教学方法缺少实践驱动性等问题。为此,文章基于积极心理学理念提出优化策略,包括教学对象精准化、教学评价价值化、教学方法多样化、教学队伍协同化等,以期培养学生积极的职业心态,为其未来的职业生涯打下坚实的心理基础。
The article delves into the application of positive psychology in vocational development and employment guidance courses in vocational education undergraduate institutions.Research has found that the current curriculum has problems such as insufficient vocational awareness among teaching objects,low adaptability of teaching content to majors,lack of vocational targeting in teaching evaluation,weak industry relevance of teaching teams,and lack of practical driving in teaching methods.To this end,the article proposes optimization strategies based on the concept of positive psychology,including precise teaching objects,valuable teaching evaluation,diversified teaching methods,and collaborative teaching teams,in order to cultivate students'positive professional attitudes and lay a solid psychological foundation for their future careers.
