汽车座椅用麂皮绒基布的力学性能优化与评价

Optimization and evaluation of mechanical properties of suede base cloth for car seats

摘要 以汽车座椅面套用麂皮绒基布为研究对象,分别以COPET/PET海岛丝和涤纶拉伸变形丝作为织物经、纬纱,探究基布成型和后处理过程中影响麂皮绒基布力学性能的主要因素。以抗撕裂性能作为主要评判标准,优化了麂皮绒基布加工工艺参数。试验结果表明:分别采用轻网DTY与重网DTY作为织物纬纱,对基布撕裂性能影响不显著,考虑到基布布面平整性,选取重网DTY为纬纱进行内饰基布织造;在保证座椅面套基布力学性能的同时,为了使基布具有麂皮绒的饱满绒面效果,织物织造后进行开纤超细化处理和干燥定型。当织物采用18 g/L的液碱进行开纤处理,初次定型160℃,二次定型200℃时,基布中纤维开纤充分,具有饱满柔软的表面效果,同时基布具备优异的力学强度,能够满足汽车座椅面套对超高强度麂皮绒基布的需要。 Taking the suede base cloth for car seat cover as the research object,and the COPET/PET island silk and polyester stretch deformation silk as the fabric warp and weft yarn respectively,the main factors affecting the mechanical properties of the suede base cloth in the process of molding and post-processing of the base cloth are explored,and the process parameters in the processing of suede fleece base cloth are optimized with the tear resistance as the main criterion.Experimental results show that when light mesh DTY and heavy mesh DTY are used as fabric weft yarns,the impact on the tearing performance of the base cloth is not significant,considering the flatness of the base cloth surface,the heavy mesh DTY is selected for the weft yarn for interior base cloth weaving;while ensuring the mechanical properties of the seat cover base cloth,in order to make the base cloth have a suede full suede effect,the fabric is treated with ultra-fine opening treatment and drying and setting after weaving.When the fabric is treated with opening with 18 g/L of lye,followed by an initial setting at 160℃and a secondary setting at 200℃,the fibers in the base cloth are fully opened,with a full and soft surface effect,while the base cloth has excellent mechanical strength,which can meet the needs of the car seat cover for ultra-high strength suede base cloth.
