天然青蒿素抗菌织物的制备

摘要 青蒿素作为一种特殊的中药成分,有很强的抗菌效果,还有利于调节免疫功能。采用青蒿素提取物作为天然抗菌试剂,通过单因素法和正交试验设计的直接浸渍法对棉织物进行浸渍法处理,研究棉织物对青蒿素的吸附情况,讨论分析并优化得到最佳处理工艺。棉织物吸附青蒿素的最佳工艺为:青蒿素浓度40%(o.w.f),OP乳化剂10%(o.w.f),浴比20∶1,吸附温度为80℃,吸附时间为80 min,烘干温度100℃,烘干时间5 min。经青蒿素整理后棉织物,青蒿素吸附量为6.996 mg/g,抑菌率为99.92%,断裂强力289 N,白度80.88,达到功能面料的服用性能。 As a special component of traditional Chinese medicine,artemisinin has strong antibacterial effects and is beneficial to regulate immune function.Artemisinin extract was taken as a natural antibacterial agent,and the cotton fabric was treated by direct impregnation method designed by single factor method and orthogonal experimental method,the adsorption of artemisinin on the cotton fabric was studied and the best process was discussed,analyzed and optimized.The optimal process of artemisinin adsorption on the cotton fabric was as follows:artemisinin concentration was 40%(o.w.f),OP emulsifier was 10%(o.w.f),bath ratio was 20∶1,adsorption temperature and time were 80℃and 80 min,drying temperature and time were 100℃and 5 min.After finishing with artemisinin,the artemisinin adsorption amount of the fabric was 6.996 mg/g,the antibacterial rate was 99.92%,the strength was 289 N,and the whiteness was 80.88,which met the wearability of functional fabric.
