摘要
为了使布面风格在竹节纱生产装置更换前后保持一致,对竹节设计工艺参数相互转换方法进行研究。通过介绍3种不同竹节纱装置的竹节工艺参数分布,详述随机无规律竹节转换有规律竹节的方法;分析无规律竹节工艺参数确定竹节工艺参数占比,通过排列组合方法得出有规律竹节工艺参数,采用有规律和无规律两种方案进行纺纱生产和测试对比。指出:变倍竹节品种或单一节粗品种生产时,必须与原打样竹节装置一致;在相同纺纱条件下,掌握不同竹节纱装置节长、节距和节粗的搭配方式和生产差异,通过随机无规律转换有规律竹节工艺参数的数据有效,两种方案的竹节纱风格、成纱指标、竹节参数、布面风格基本无差异;进行无规律竹节工艺参数转换有规律竹节工艺参数研究,能为纺纱企业保证交期和订单分配提供参考。
In order to keep the fabric style consistent before and after the replacement of the slub yarn production device,the method of mutual conversion of slub design process parameters is studied.By introducing the distribution of slub process parameters of three different slub yarn devices,the method of converting random irregular slub into regular slub is elaborated in detail.The proportion of slub process parameters is determined by analyzing the process parameters of irregular slub.The process parameters of regular slub are obtained through permutation and combination methods.Spinning production and test comparisons are conducted using both regular and irregular schemes.It is pointed out that when producing variable-sized slub varieties or single slub thickness varieties,it must be consistent with the original slub sampling device.Under the same spinning conditions,mastering the matching methods and production differences of slub length,slub distance and slub thickness of different slub yarn devices,the data of regular slub process parameters can be randomly and irregularly converted is effective.There is basically no difference in the slub yarn style,yarn index,slub parameters and fabric surface style between the two schemes.The research on the conversion of irregular slub process parameters to regular slub process parameters can provide a reference for spinning enterprises to ensure delivery dates and order allocation.
