基于专利统计角度分析熔融纺聚丙烯腈纤维研究现状

摘要 基于全球专利数据,系统分析聚丙烯腈(PAN)纤维制备技术的研究现状与趋势,重点探讨熔融纺丝工艺的创新进展与产业化潜力。研究表明,湿法纺丝凭借成熟的工业化基础占据主导地位,熔融纺丝因环保性高、能耗低而成为新兴研究方向。专利统计显示,对于干法、湿法纺丝工艺,国外领先企业通过密集的专利布局构建技术壁垒;中国企业与科研机构在熔融纺丝领域取得局部突破,仍需技术创新。熔融纺丝通过工艺优化与材料开发已呈现一定的发展潜力,但产业化应用未见报道。研究为熔融纺PAN纤维的高效制备及产业升级提供技术参考与策略方向,强调绿色工艺开发与产学研协同创新的重要性。 Based on global patent data,this thesis systematically analyzes the research status and trends of polyacrylonitrile(PAN)fiber preparation technology,with a focus on exploring the innovative progress and industrialization potential of melt spinning process.Research has shown that wet spinning dominates with a mature industrial foundation,while melt spinning has become an emerging research direction due to its high environmental friendliness and low energy consumption.Patent statistics show that,in terms of dry and wet spinning processes,foreign leading enterprises build technical barriers through intensive patent layouts.Although Chinese enterprises and research institutions have made partial breakthroughs in the field of melt spinning,technological innovation is still needed.Melt spinning has shown certain development potential through process optimization and material development,but its actual industrial application has not been reported.The research provides technical references and strategic directions for the efficient preparation and industrial upgrading of melt spun PAN fibers,emphasizing the importance of green process development and collaborative innovation among industry,academia,and research.
