聚乳酸(PLA)是具有可生物降解性和生物相容性的高分子材料。介绍了聚乳酸的发展背景及其性能。阐述了合成聚乳酸的主要方法,包括直接缩聚法和开环聚合,以及聚乳酸改性方法。并揭示了聚乳酸材料的研究开发前景。
Polylactide（PLA） is a biodegradable and biocompatible crystalline polymer.The development background and properties of polylactic acid were introduced in the article.The recent progresses of synthesis and modification methods were discussed,including direct polycondensation and open-ring polymerization.The prospect of the development of polylactide materials was predicted at last.
