一种环形锻件外形尺寸激光测量点云简化算法研究

摘要 环锻件的外部尺寸是保障其加工质量的关键因素。然而,三维激光扫描仪生成的环锻件点云模型存在数据量大、点云网格质量较低的问题,这可能导致环锻件在加工过程中出现形状与尺寸误差。为解决这一问题,提出一种基于Calabi流参数化和改进二次误差度量(quadric error metrics,QEM)的网格简化算法,该算法利用Calabi流参数化的保角保形特点,将三维模型映射到二维平面,获得点云的参数化坐标,并利用参数化坐标拓展顶点维度,改进QEM算法,实现了点云模型的简化。通过实验验证,在简化率为50%、75%和98%的情况下,所提算法仍能够有效保留高曲率区域的细节特征,且简化后的点云模型能够保持良好的边界特征。精度实验中,当简化比率达到98%时,测量尺寸误差的最大值为0.4 mm,能够满足工业制造的精度要求。 The external dimensions of ring forgings play a crucial role in ensuring their machining quality.However,the point cloud models of ring forgings generated by 3D laser scanners often contain large volumes of data and low-quality meshes,which may lead to shape and dimensional errors during the machining process.To address this issue,a mesh simplification algorithm based on Calabi flow parameterization and an improved quadric error metrics(QEM)method is proposed.Leveraging the conformal and shape-preserving properties of Calabi flow,the 3D model is mapped onto a 2D plane to obtain the parameterized coordinates of the point cloud.These coordinates are then used to extend the vertex dimensions,enhancing the QEM-based simplification process.Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm can effectively preserve detail features in high-curvature regions and maintain good boundary characteristics,even under 50%,75%,and 98%simplification ratios.In terms of accuracy,the maximum dimensional error remains within 0.4 mm at a 98%simplification rate,meeting the precision requirements of industrial manufacturing.
