齿轮样板负载特征对回转系统角位置误差的影响研究

摘要 齿轮样板作为齿轮测量中心的常见负载,可以通过影响齿轮测量中心回转系统的角位置误差源而引入角位置误差,从而导致样板测量误差。基于齿轮样板基本特征的分析,提取负载质量、质心位置和转动惯量描述一般齿轮样板负载特征,系统化设计工装与实验模拟齿轮样板在回转系统上的加载状态,并完成回转系统带载角位置误差采集实验;借助快速傅里叶变换进行数据分析,验证了该实验在时域和频域具有良好的重复性;分析对角位置误差影响显著的傅里叶阶次并拟合误差曲线,得到质心位置和负载质量单一特征变化引起的显著阶次拟合误差峰峰值变化在0.1″量级,且显示出一定的规律性。 As a common load in gear measurement centers,gear artifacts can introduce angle position errors by influencing the source of angle position errors in the rotary system of the gear measurement center,thus leading to artifact measurement errors.Based on the analysis of the basic characteristics of the gear artifacts,the load mass,center of mass position and moment of inertia are extracted to describe the load characteristics of the general gear artifacts.Systematic tooling and experimental design are implemented to simulate the loading state of the gear artifact on the rotary system,enabling the collection of angle position errors under load conditions.Utilizing fast Fourier transform(FFT),the data are analyzed,verifying the repeatability of the experiments in both time and frequency domains.The Fourier order that significantly affects the angle position error is then analyzed and fitted.Further analysis reveals the peak-to-peak value of the significant order fitting error,caused by single characteristic changes in the center of mass position and load mass,is on the order of 0.1″and exhibits a certain degree of regularity.
