摘要
目的了解护理学专业本科生(简称本科护生)医学叙事能力现状及影响因素,为提高本科护生医学叙事能力提供参考。方法于2024年9—10月采用便利抽样法选取云南省某高校360名大三本科护生为研究对象,采用一般资料调查问卷、医学叙事能力量表、护理专业大学生人文关怀能力量表、护生职业认同问卷进行调查,并对结果进行分析。结果本科护生医学叙事能力量表得分为(140.04±23.61)分,护理专业大学生人文关怀能力量表得分为(92.32±20.96)分、标准化得分为(51.00±11.58)分,护生职业认同问卷得分为(62.78±11.93)分。多重线性回归结果显示,人文关怀能力、职业认同是本科护生医学叙事能力的影响因素(t=-4.60、7.04,P<0.001),可联合解释37.9%的变异。结论云南省某高校本科护生医学叙事能力较弱,护理教育者应多关注人文关怀能力弱、职业认同感低的护生,采取相应措施在培养人文关怀能力、职业认同感的同时提高其医学叙事能力。
Objective To learn the status and influencing factors of nursing undergraduates′medical narrative ability,and provide reference for improving their medical narrative ability.Methods From September to October 2024,360 junior nursing collegians from a university in Yunnan Province were selected as the research objects by convenient sampling method.The General Data Questionnaire,Narrative Competence Scale,Humanistic Caring Ability of Nursing Undergraduates Scale,and Professional Identity Questionnaire for Nurse Students made investigation,and the results were analysis.Results The score of the nursing undergraduates′Narrative Competence Scale was(140.04±23.61)score,the score of the Humanistic Caring Ability of Nursing Undergraduates Scale was(92.32±20.96)score,the standardized score was(51.00±11.58)score,and the score of the Professional Identity Questionnaire for Nurse Students was(62.78±11.93)score.The results of multiple linear regression showed that humanistic care ability and profess-ional identity are the influencing factors of nursing undergraduates′medical narrative ability(t=-4.60,7.04,P<0.001),which can jo-intly explain 37.9%of the variation.Conclusion Nursing undergraduates in a certain university in Yunnan Province have weak medical narrative abilities.Nursing educators should pay more attention to nursing students with weak humanistic care abilities and low professional identity,and take corresponding measures to cultivate their humanistic care abilities and professional identity while improving their medical narrative abilities.
