摘要
文章基于国内外现代农业管理体系研究现状,针对当前农业管理体系在数据处理与应用方面的不足,充分结合安徽凤阳县域数字农业发展经验和数据信息,基于多维度理论,构建农田要素、农业配套、风险管控三大领域18个关键影响数据因子,运用熵值法对数据因子权重进行测评及分析,并进行Kendall一致性检验。在此基础上,采用主成分分析(PCA),实现相关性指标线性关系和信息降维,通过数据价值研究结果显示,影响现代农业管理体系核心因素为:种子、灌溉、肥料、农药及市场行情。基于数据价值链的研究,对现代农业管理体系中数据价值权重和影响关系进行优化,在指导现代农业产业资源配合和效率提升具有重要作用。
Based on the current research status of modern agricultural management systems at home and abroad,the study aims to address the shortcomings of data processing and application in the current agricultural management system.It fully incorporates the development experience and data information of digital agriculture in Fengyang County,Anhui Province,and based on the multidimensional theory,constructs a set of 18 key influencing data factors in three major areas:farmland elements,agricultural support facilities,and risk control.The entropy method is used to evaluate and analyze the weights of data factors,and Kendall consistency test is conducted.On this basis,principal component analysis(PCA)is used to achieve linear relationships and information dimensionality reduction of correlation indicators.The results of data value research show that the core factors affecting the modern agricultural management system are seeds,irrigation,fertilizers,pesticides,and market conditions.Based on the research of data value chain,optimizing the weights and impact relationships of data values in the modern agricultural management system plays an important role in guiding the coordination and efficiency improvement of modern agricultural industry resources.
