摘要
新时代高校“一站式”学生社区作为落实“三全育人”的实践载体,其治理机制创新成为推进教育现代化进程的重要命题。当前高职院校在“一站式”学生社区治理实践面临育人理念与功能脱节、学生参与虚化、资源供给失衡、产教协同深度不足等突出问题,其本质在于治理逻辑与学生需求层次之间的结构性矛盾。在需求层次理论的指导下,高职院校应围绕学生动态层级需求,构建“需求回应——治理优化——育人增效”的现代化治理构架:以党建引领,凝聚育人共识,压实治理责任;以集约化智慧服务体系,提高治理效能;推行学生自治委员会,强化学生自治能力;深化校企合作,助力学生实现自我价值,从而全面推进学生社区治理现代化。
As a practical carrier for implementing the“all-round education”in the new era,the“one-stop”student community in colleges and universities has emerged as an important issue in the process of educational modernization.However,in the current practice of“one-stop”student community governance in higher vocational colleges,there are problems such as the disconnection between the educational concept and function,virtualized student participation,imbalanced resource supply,and insufficient depth in industry-education collaboration.The essence of these problems is the structural contradiction between the governance logic and the hierarchical needs of students.Guided by the theory of hierarchical needs,higher vocational colleges should focus on the dynamic hierarchical needs of students,lead with Party building,consolidate the consensus on education,and solidify governance responsibilities;improve governance efficiency with an integrated and intelligent service system;promote student self-governance committees to enhance students’self-governance capabilities;deepen school-enterprise cooperation to realize students’self-worth,and form a governance framework from need response to governance optimization and then to educational effectiveness enhancement,to achieve the modernization of student community governance.
