不同砧穗组合猕猴桃嫁接亲和性与生长势评价

Evaluation of grafting compatibility and growth vigor in kiwifruit with different rootstock-scion combinations

摘要 【目的】比较不同砧穗组合猕猴桃嫁接情况,筛选出适宜的砧穗组合,为今后福建省猕猴桃产业的健康发展奠定理论基础。【方法】以‘米良1号’‘金艳’和‘东红’猕猴桃为接穗,以美味猕猴桃、中华猕猴桃、水杨桃和毛花猕猴桃为砧木,比较接穗和砧木间的嫁接亲和性、生长势等。【结果】12个砧穗组合的嫁接成活率均在70%以上,嫁接亲和性好。相同砧木不同接穗相比,‘米良1号’猕猴桃接穗的新梢长度均最长;相同接穗不同砧木相比,以中华猕猴桃作为砧木的组合新梢长且粗壮。相关性分析表明,嫁接成活率与新梢长度呈极显著正相关,接穗粗度与穗/砧比也呈极显著正相关。主成分分析发现以美味猕猴桃和中华猕猴桃作为砧木的组合嫁接亲和性和植株生长势较优,而且米良1号/中华猕猴桃为最优砧穗组合。【结论】在猕猴桃嫁接上,优先考虑以美味猕猴桃和中华猕猴桃作为砧木;在重茬、易渍水的地块,可以考虑使用水杨桃、毛花猕猴桃作为砧木。 【Objective】By comparing the grafting conditions of different rootstock-scion combinations,the suitable rootstock-scion combinations were screened out,which laid a theoretical foundation for the healthy development of kiwifruit industry in Fujian province in the future.【Method】In this study,kiwifruit'Miliang-1','Jinyan'and'Donghong'were used as scions,and Actinidia deliciosa,Actinidia chinensis,Actinidia valvata and Actinidia eriantha were used as rootstocks to compare the grafting compatibility and growth vigor among the rootstock-scion combinations.【Result】The grafting survival rates for twelve rootstock-scion combinations exceeded 70%,demonstrating good graft compatibility.Among combinations sharing the same rootstock,the kiwifruit'Miliang-1'scions produced the longest new shoots.Among those sharing the same scion,the combinations using Actinidia chinensis as the rootstock exhibited the longest and most robust shoots.Correlation analysis revealed a highly significant positive relationship between the grafting survival rate and new shoot length,as well as between scion diameter and the ratio of scion to rootstock.Principal component analysis identified that combinations grafted onto rootstocks of Actinidia deliciosa and Actinidia chinensis showed superior graft compatibility and plant growth vigor.Among all combinations,the'Miliang-1'/Actinidia chinensis combination was determined to be the optimal rootstock-scion pair.【Conclusion】The rootstocks of Actinidia deliciosa and Actinidia chinensis were used as prior consideration for kiwifruit grafting.In replanted or waterlogging-prone areas,Actinidia valvata or Actinidia eriantha may be considered as alternative rootstock options.
