冰蓄冷系统外融冰槽结构形式优化

Structural form optimization on external ice melting tank of ice storage system

摘要 针对外融冰槽的结构形式对冰蓄冷系统的融冰效率的影响,提出3种外融冰槽结构形式的设计方案,并模拟得出液相率云图、温度场和速度场图,研究盘管融冰状态,对比分析3种方案的融冰特性。结果显示:并联式、直通串联式和折返串联式3种外融冰槽结构形式的融冰完成时间分别为5.32h、4.83h和5.28h,融冰结束时的出口温度分别为1.80℃、1.56℃和1.64℃,说明直通串联式的效果较好,折返串联式次之,并联式稍差。在实际工程中,建议优先选用直通串联式;若空间长度受限,可采用折返串联式。 Aiming at the impact of the structural form of the external ice melting tank on the melting efficiency of the ice storage system,three design schemes of the external ice melting tank structures are put forward.The liquid phase rate cloud diagram,temperature field diagram,velocity field diagram are simulated to study the ice melting state of the coil,and the ice melting characteristics of the three schemes are compared.The results show that the ice melting completion periods of the three schemes of external ice melting tank structures,namely,parallel,direct series,and reverse series,are 5.32 h,4.83 h and 5.28 h,respectively.The outlet temperatures at the end of ice melting are 1.80℃,1.56℃and 1.64℃,respectively.It is considered that the overall effect of the direct series is the best,followed by the reverse series,and slightly worst for the parallel.In practical engineering,it is recommended to prioritize the direct series;if the space length is limited,the reverse series can be used.
