摘要
对冰蓄冷空调中广为采用的内融冰式蓄冰管的融冰过程进行了数值模拟,运用焓法建立了融冰动态数学模型并进行求解,研究了冰层融化过程中融化水的自然对流,并分析了相关参数下自然对流对融冰传热过程的影响.结果表明:在蓄冰管的底部可忽略自然对流影响,而在蓄冰管的顶部融冰的初始阶段,自然对流影响较小,但是随着融冰过程的进行,自然对流在蓄冰管传热过程中的比重越来越大.
A numerical simulation of ice melting processes in internal-melt ice-on-tube which is applied widely in the ice storage system is carried out. A dynamic mathematical model about melting is established and solved using enthalpy method. Natural convection of melted water in the process of melting is studied and the effect of natural convection on heat transfer process with melting under related parameters analyzed. At the top, the difference is small at initial stage, however, as melting goes on, the trend becomes more and more obvious, and the proportion of natural convention effect on heat transfer process gets more and more.
