摘要
目的:以茎木类中药为研究对象,基于性状和显微鉴定特征,建立其鉴定方法数字化表征的描述规范与记录规范。方法:以植物形态学、分类学理论为基础,参考国家标准及《国家药品标准工作手册》相关要求、地方标准及相关参考文献等,对茎木类中药的数字化记录规范与描述规范进行初步探索。结果:该规范可以对茎木类中药由外至内、整体到局部、宏观到微观、性状到显微进行系统、全方位的特征描述。结论:形成了茎木类中药性状、显微鉴定方法数字化研究规范,为开展茎木类中药的数字化研究提供参考。
Objective:To establish a digital documentation specifications for the identification of woody stem type of Chinese Materia Medica based on their macroscopic and microscopic characteristics.Methods:Based on the principles of plant morphology and taxonomy,as well as national standards,relevant requirements from working manuals of national drug standards,local standards,and relevant literature,the standard of digital record and description was preliminarily explored.Results:The specifications can systematically and comprehensively describe the characteristics of woody stem type of Chinese materia medica from external to internal,whole to local,macroscopic to microscopic,and morphological to histological aspects.Conclusion:The specifications of digitalization research on macroscopic and microscopic identification of woody stem type of Chinese materia medica is formed,providing reference for digitalization research.
