摘要
强调生态正义是对全球生态危机现象的深刻反思和对良好生态环境的重塑。资本主义制度下的生产方式具有明显的局限性,以私有制为基础的所有制关系决定了代内代际生态非正义的必然。当前,传统生产力越来越面临着效率低下、资源浪费、环境破坏等生态问题,促使人类不得不寻求人与自然和谐共生的新型生产力。新质生产力本身就是绿色生产力,其生态属性深刻彰显技术正义、分配正义、代际正义、需要正义,为进一步应对全球性生态危机、厘清人与自然的伦理关系、增进全人类的生态福祉作出了时代回应。
The emphasis on ecological justice reflects a profound reflection on global ecological crises and an effort to reconstruct a sound ecological environment.Under the capitalist system,modes of production exhibit significant limitations;ownership relations based on private property rights inherently lead to intra-generational and intergenerational ecological“injustice”.Currently,traditional productive forces are increasingly confronted with ecological issues such as inefficiency,resource waste,and environmental degradation,compelling humanity to seek a new form of productive forces that can foster harmonious coexistence between humanity and nature.New-quality productive forces are,in essence,green productive forces.Their ecological attributes vividly embody the principles of technological justice,distributive justice,intergenerational justice,and justice of needs.As such,they represent a timely response to global ecological crises,provide ethical clarity on the relationship between humanity and nature,and contribute to the promotion of ecological well-being for all humankind.
