摘要
在高校与城市日益融合的背景下,大学开放具有重要意义。聚焦高校生活服务空间,通过案例研究与问卷调研,分析其现状与问题。结果表明:国内高校生活服务多集中于宿舍区,但存在公共活动空间不足、配套服务薄弱等问题;师生虽依赖校内服务,但普遍反映设施陈旧、运营落后,且封闭式管理限制了服务选择与社会交往。研究建议,未来校园建设应借鉴国际经验,强化学生生活服务、优化空间利用,探索兼顾国情与开放性的发展路径,以促进高校与城市的深度融合。
Against the backdrop of increasing integration between universities and cities,the opening of university campuses holds significant importance.Focusing on life service spaces within higher education institutions,this study employs case study research and questionnaire surveys to analyze their current conditions and existing issues.The results indicate that domestic university life services are predominantly concentrated in dormitory areas,yet issues such as insufficient public activity spaces and inadequate supporting services persist.Although faculty and students rely on on-campus services,there is widespread feedback about outdated facilities,inefficient operations,and the fact that closed management policies restrict service options and social interactions.The study suggests that future campus development should draw on international experiences to enhance student life services,optimize spatial utilization,and explore development pathways that balance national conditions with openness,thereby promoting deeper integration between universities and cities.
