摘要
低空经济作为新兴经济形态,正在改变全球物流体系与交通发展格局。首先,本文分析了有关低空经济与物流协同发展情况,构建了低空经济与物流协同发展的理论框架模型;然后,分析了低空经济与物流协同发展的互动理论、互动机理;接着,分析了低空经济与物流协同发展过程中所遭遇的多重制约因素,包括空域管理限制、基础设施建设滞后、政策法规不完善、技术瓶颈以及市场成熟度不高等,描述了低空经济与物流协同发展的应用场景;最后,提出了政策创新与标准制定、基础设施优化与共享、技术革新与研发支持、产业协同与生态构建、试点示范与市场培育等发展路径,旨在促进低空经济与物流的深度融合,进而推动全球供应链体系的升级与优化。
As an emerging economic form,the low-altitude economy is changing the global logistics system and the pattern of transportation development.First,this paper analyzes the situation of the coordinated development between the low-altitude economy and logistics,constructs a theoretical framework model for the coordinated development of low-altitude economy and logistics,then,analyzes the interaction theory and interaction mechanism of the coordinated development between the low-altitude economy and logistics,next,analyzes the multiple constraints encountered in the process of the coordinated development of the low-altitude economy and logistics,including restrictions on airspace management,lagging infrastructure construction,imperfect policies and regulations,technical bottlenecks,and insufficient market maturity,describes application scenarios of the low-attitude economy and logistics,finally,proposes development paths such as policy innovation and standard formulation,infrastructure optimization and sharing,technological innovation and research and development support,industrial coordination and ecological construction,and pilot demonstrations and market cultivation.The aim is to promote the in-depth integration of the low-altitude economy and logistics,and further drive the upgrading and optimization of the global supply chain system.
