摘要
目的评价益气扶正祛疣汤内服联合局部熏洗治疗女性外阴尖锐湿疣(CA)的临床效果。方法选取本院2022年1月—2023年1月收治的140例女性外阴CA患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其随机分为试验组和对照组,每组70例。对照组采用冷冻治疗,试验组在对照组基础上增加益气扶正祛疣汤口服联合局部熏洗治疗。对比两组患者的临床治疗效果、症状改善时间、中医证候积分、复发率、不良反应发生情况。结果试验组患者创面结痂、创面愈合及疣体脱落时间均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组阴部潮湿、瘙痒、口干苦、大便失调、舌脉象积分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗有效率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间均未发生明显不良反应。结论益气扶正祛疣汤内服联合局部熏洗治疗在女性外阴CA患者中具有满意的治疗效果,复发率低,安全性可靠。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Yiqi Fuzheng Quyou Decoction combined with local fumigation and washing in the treatment of female genital condyloma acuminatum(CA).Methods 140 female patients with genital CA admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group using a random number table method,with 70 patients in each group.The control group was treated with cryotherapy,and the experimental group was treated with Yiqi Fuzheng Quyou decoction combined with local fumigation and washing based on the control group.Compare the clinical treatment efficacy,symptom improvement time,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,recurrence rate,and incidence of adverse reactions between two groups of patients.Results The time for wound scabbing,wound healing,and wart shedding in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the experimental group showed lower levels of vaginal dampness,itching,dry and bitter mouth,dysfunctional stools,and tongue pulse score compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).No significant adverse reactions occurred during the treatment of both groups.Conclusion Yiqi Fuzheng Quyou Decoction combined with local fumigation and washing in the treatment of genital CA patients has a satisfactory therapeutic effect,lower recurrence rate,safety and reliability.
