摘要
粮食扦样与检验是粮食收储过程的关键环节,其检测结果的准确性直接影响粮食品质评价的客观性与可靠性。本文分析了传统粮食扦检方式存在的人工误差大、劳动强度大、效率低等问题,阐述了当前推动粮食智能化无人扦检系统产业化政策导向与标准体系建设的协同推进机制,以及智能扦检系统在智慧粮库建设中的重要支撑作用。基于当前技术发展趋势,从检测精度提升、自动化程度增强以及数据智能化分析等方面,对粮食质量检测技术的未来发展方向进行了前瞻性展望。
Grain sampling and inspection are critical processes in grain storage and purchase,where the accuracy of inspection results directly affects the objectivity and reliability of grain quality evaluation.This paper analyzes the problems of traditional manual sampling and inspection methods,including significant human errors,high labor intensity,and low efficiency.It also elaborates on the coordinated promotion mechanism between the policy orientation for industrialization and standard system construction of intelligent unmanned grain sampling and quality inspection integration system at present,as well as the crucial supporting role of intelligent inspection systems in the construction of smart grain depots.Based on current technological trends,the paper provides a forward-looking perspective on the future development of grain quality inspection technology,focusing on improvements in inspection accuracy,enhanced automation,and intelligent data analysis.
