摘要
腺样体肥大是儿童群体发病率较高的耳鼻咽喉科疾病之一,发病和多种原因有关,如急性鼻炎的反复发作、鼻腔内的各种炎症刺激或是增生等,以及变态反应、胃食管反流等。且腺样体肥大可能导致鼻塞、流涕、闭塞性鼻音、分泌性中耳炎、咽部不适、阵咳等症状,会对儿童身心健康造成较大影响。儿童腺样体肥大的科学准确诊断,是临床有效治疗的重要基础,目前以鼻咽内镜检查、X线鼻咽侧位片、鼻咽部CT等为主,但在临床诊断中,鼻咽内镜诊断作为“金标准”,在诊断效能等方面表现出了较大的局限性,鼻咽部CT成为儿童腺样体肥大诊断的首选。为更好地探究鼻咽部CT的诊断价值,本文以儿童、腺样体肥大、鼻咽部、CT诊断等为关键词,基于万方、维普和知网平台,共搜索相关文献15篇,并进行综述报道,旨在为相关研究提供参考。
Adenoid hypertrophy is one of the ear,nose and throat diseases with a high incidence rate in children,and its incidence is related to recurrent acute nasopharyngitis,chronic nasopharyngitis,inflammation of the nasal cavity,sinuses,tonsils and other inflammations that stimulate adenoid tissue proliferation,allergy,gastroesophageal reflux and so on.And adenoid hypertrophy may lead to symptoms such as nasal congestion,runny nose,obstructive nasal sound,secretory otitis media,discomfort in the throat,and coughing,which have a significant impact on the physical and mental health of children.The scientific and accurate diagnosis of pediatric adenoid hypertrophy is an important basis for effective clinical treatment.Currently,nasopharyngeal endoscopy,X-ray nasopharyngeal lateral view film,nasopharyngeal CT,etc.are mainly used.However,in clinical diagnostic applications,nasopharyngeal endoscopy diagnosis,as the"gold standard",has shown significant limitations in diagnostic efficiency.Nasopharyngeal CT has become one of the first choices for the diagnosis of pediatric adenoid hypertrophy.In order to better explore the diagnostic value of nasopharyngeal CT,this article uses keywords such as children,adenoid hypertrophy,nasopharynx,and CT diagnosis.Based on Wanfang,VIP,and CNKI platforms,a total of 15 relevant literature articles were searched and reviewed,aiming to provide reference materials for related research.
