摘要
儿童腺样体肥大可导致上气道阻塞,严重时会引起儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征,对儿童生理及心理健康均会产生不利影响。因此,确诊后需及时干预治疗。文章归纳总结近年来儿童腺样体肥大中医治疗的研究进展。
Adenoid hypertrophy in children can lead to upper airway obstruction and,in severe cases,may cause obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS),adversely affecting both physical and mental health.Therefore,timely intervention is required after diagnosis.This article summarizes the research progress in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)treatment for pediatric adenoid hypertrophy in recent years.
