摘要
“宗筋”“经筋”理论是推拿学的重要理论之一,最早起源于《黄帝内经》,经历代医家的发展,不断完善,有着深刻的理论基础。文章从经脉、筋肉骨两方面出发,深入分析前阴宗筋与下肢经筋病之间的生理联系,并结合经筋病的病理产物特点与治则,以及推拿点按法在经筋病治疗中的作用,结合廖军长期推拿临床实践医案,探讨通过点按宗筋筋结点辅助治疗下肢经筋病,以期为临床治疗下肢经筋病提供一个新的诊疗思路。
The theories of"Zongjin""Jingjin"are among the important theoretical foundations of Tuina(Chinese massage therapy),first originating from the Huangdi Neijing,and continuously refined through the development of successive generations of physicians.These theories hold profound theoretical significance.This paper delves into the physiological connections between the Zongjin of the anterior genital region and lower limb Jingjin disorders,analyzing these relationships from the perspectives of meridians,muscles,tendons,and bones.It also explores the pathological characteristics of Jingjin disorders,treatment principles,and the therapeutic effects of point-pressing techniques in treating these conditions.Combining insights from the supervisor's extensive clinical Tuina practice,this study discusses the application of point-pressing Zongjin tendon nodes to assist in treating lower limb Jingjin disorders,aiming to offer a new approach for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of such conditions.
