摘要
慢性荨麻疹是临床常见的皮肤病,属于中医学中“瘾疹”“风疹块”范畴。国医大师周仲瑛提出“伏毒”理论,表明伏毒具有伏时不变、发时始显的特点。慢性荨麻疹的基本病机为风、湿、热等毒邪潜匿于人体,正气耗损,复感新邪激发体内“伏毒”,致其侵袭皮肤,营卫失和而发病。慢性荨麻疹以其病程迁延、反复发作、难以根治为临床特征,这些特点与伏毒隐伏、缠绵、暗耗、暴戾、杂合、多变的病性特点相契合。文章以“伏毒”理论为基础,从病因病机、致病特点及治则治法的角度对伏毒与慢性荨麻疹的关系进行阐述,以期为临床治疗慢性荨麻疹提供理论基础及诊疗思路。
Chronic urticaria is a common clinical skin disease,which belongs to the syndrome differentiation category of“yin zhen”and“feng zhen kuai”of traditional Chinese medicine.Master traditional Chinese medicine physician Zhou Zhongying proposed the theory of“latent toxicity”,indicating that latent toxicity has the characteristics of remaining unchanged at the time of ambrosia and becoming visible at the time of occurrence.The basic pathogenesis of chronic urticaria is that wind,dampness,heat and other poisonous evils are hidden in the body,the positive energy is depleted,and new evils stimulate the“latent toxicity”in the body,causing it to attack the skin,and the disease develops due to the disharmony of Ying and Wei.Chronic urticaria with its prolonged course,recurrent episodes,and difficulty to cure for clinical features,these characteristics and amblyopia are hidden,lingering,dark consumption,violent,mixed,and changeable characteristics of the disease.Based on the theory of“latent toxicity”,this paper elaborates on the relationship between latent toxicity and chronic urticaria from the perspectives of etiology,pathogenesis and treatment,to provide a theoretical basis and diagnostic and therapeutic ideas for the clinical treatment of chronic urticaria.
