摘要
对1例伊犁马风热型荨麻疹的病例进行诊治与临床分析,为正确有效防治马荨麻疹病例的诊治提供借鉴和参考。采用病史调查、临床检查、实验室检查、中兽医学辩证综合分析研讨方法进行诊断,收集其诊疗前后的临床资料,围绕伊犁马风热型荨麻疹病例的处理和转归,对其发生、治疗及结果进行全面梳理、归纳、分析和总结。通过对病例开展个案调查和综合研判,该病例是由于马匹禀赋不足、复感风热所致的风热型荨麻疹,治疗期间对患马采取中西医结合方法制定个体化给药方案。本文通过中西结合辨证方法治疗效果较好,具有较高的借鉴意义。
This paper conducts diagnosis and treatment of a case of wind-heat type urticaria in Yili horse and clinical analysis to provide reference and reference for the correct and effective prevention and treatment of equine urticaria.The diagnosis was made by history investigation,clinical examination,laboratory examination,and comprehensive analysis and discussion of Chinese veterinary dialectics.The clinical data before and after diagnosis and treatment were collected.The occurrence,treatment and results of wind-heat type urticaria in Yili horse were comprehensively sorted out,summarized,analyzed and summarized.Through case investigation and comprehensive judgment of the case,it was found that the case was wind-heat type urticaria caused by insufficient endowment of the horse and wind-heat.During the treatment,the horse was treated with a combination of Chinese and Western medicine to formulate an individualized medication plan.This article has a good treatment effect through the combination of Chinese and Western dialectics,which has a high reference significance.
