摘要
功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia,FD)是一种具有反复发作,难以根治特征的胃肠道功能性疾病。随着现代社会环境和工作压力的改变,许多患者饱受此病折磨。现代医学治疗FD一般使用抑酸药及促胃肠动力药,但效果欠佳。香砂六君子汤是治疗FD的经典方剂。大量临床研究表明香砂六君子汤不仅单独应用疗效良好,与西药、针灸等结合亦能增强治疗效果。实验研究发现香砂六君子汤治疗FD的作用机制与调节脑肠轴、降低内脏高敏感性、调节胃肠道功能及抑制十二指肠炎症等相关。文章从理论研究、临床应用及作用机制3个方面进行综述,旨在深入探究香砂六君子汤治疗FD的进展,为FD的临床治疗提供相关经验与思路。
Functional dyspepsia(FD)is a prevalent gastrointestinal disorder with functional origins,marked by frequent recurrences and challenges in finding a definitive cure.With changes in modern societal environments and increasing stress,many individuals are affected by this condition.Current treatments in modern medicine typically involve acid-suppressing drugs and prokinetic agents,However,the outcomes remain less than optimal.Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction(香砂六君子汤),a traditional remedy commonly used for treating gastric distention,is extensively applied in the clinical treatment of functional dyspepsia(FD).Numerous clinical studies have demonstrated that Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction not only shows significant efficacy as a standalone treatment but also enhances therapeutic outcomes when combined with Western medicine or acupuncture.Experimental studies suggest that its mechanisms of action may involve regulating the brain-gut axis,reducing visceral hypersensitivity and enhancing gastrointestinal function,and inhibiting low-grade inflammation in the duodenum.This article reviews the theoretical research,clinical applications,and the mechanisms underlying the action of Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction in the treatment of FD,with the aim of offering new insights and directions for clinical syndrome differentiation and management of FD.
