摘要
目的探讨计划-执行-检查-处理(PDCA)循环管理模式在门诊药房中的应用价值。方法采用回顾性对照研究,选取2024年10至12月开封一五五医院实施常规管理的42200张门诊处方及9名药房工作人员作为对照组;2025年1至3月开封一五五医院实施PDCA循环管理的35600张处方及9名药房工作人员为观察组。比较两组药品发放差错率及工作人员工作质量评分。结果观察组药品发放差错率为0.26%,低于对照组的0.66%(P<0.001);观察组工作人员工作质量中安全防护措施执行情况、诊疗环境卫生维护水平、患者就诊流程优化程度、医技科室协作服务效能评分分别为(22.37±1.12)分、(22.89±1.07)分、(23.35±0.65)分、(22.53±1.36)分,均高于对照组的(18.53±1.04)分、(19.51±1.01)分、(18.64±1.13)分、(17.75±1.33)分(P<0.001)。结论PDCA循环管理模式通过系统性质量改进,可有效降低门诊药房药品发放差错率,利于提升药学服务质量与用药安全性。
Objective To explore the application value of the Plan-Do-Check-Act(PDCA)cycle management model in outpatient pharmacies.Methods A retrospective comparative study was conducted.A total of 42200 outpatient prescriptions and 9 pharmacy staff under routine management in Kaifeng 155 Hospital from October to December 2024 were selected as the control group,while 35600 prescriptions and the same 9 pharmacy staff under PDCA cycle management in Kaifeng 155 Hospital from January to March 2025 were selected as the observation group.The medication dispensing error rates and staff work quality scores were compared between the two groups.Results The error rate of drug distribution in the observation group was 0.26%,which was lower than those of the control group(0.66%)(P<0.001);The implementation of safety protection measures,maintenance level of medical environment hygiene,optimization degree of patient treatment process,and collaborative service efficiency scores of medical technology departments in the observation group were(22.37±1.12)points,(22.89±1.07)points,(23.35±0.65)points,and(22.53±1.36)points,respectively,which were higher than those of the control group[(18.53±1.04)points,(19.51±1.01)points,(18.64±1.13)points,and(17.75±1.33)points](P<0.001).Conclusion The PDCA cycle man-agement model,through systematic quality improvement,can effectively reduce medication dispensing error rates in outpatient pharmacies,thereby enhancing pharmaceutical service quality and medication safety.
