摘要
目的探讨个性分级护理对过敏性紫癜性肾炎患儿的干预效果及肾功能的影响。方法采取便利抽样的方法,选取2020年10月至2022年10月无锡市儿童医院收治的80例过敏性紫癜性肾炎患儿作为研究对象,根据电脑随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以个性分级护理。比较两组干预效果、症状改善时间、护理前后肾功能及监护人满意度。结果观察组护理总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血尿、蛋白尿、腹痛、紫癜、便血消失时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组尿β_(2)-微球蛋白、24 h尿蛋白定量、尿微量白蛋白、血清尿素氮及血肌酐水平均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿监护人总满意度为97.50%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论过敏性紫癜性肾炎患儿采用个性分级护理可取得显著效果,缩短症状改善时间,且还能促进患儿肾功能恢复,进一步提高其监护人的满意度。
Objective To explore the intervention effect of personalized graded nursing on children with Henoch-Sch nlein purpura nephritis and renal function.Methods A total of 80 cases of children with Henoch-Sch nlein purpura nephritis were admitted to the Wuxi Children's Hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the research subjects by convenience sampling method,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the computer random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group were given routine nursing,and the observation group were given individualized grading nursing.The intervention effect,symptom improvement time,renal function before and after nursing and guardian satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 75.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of hematuria,proteinuria,abdominal pain,purpura,hematochezia and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing care,the levels of urine β_(2)-microglobulin,24 h urine protein quantification,urine microalbumin,serum urea nitrogen and serum creatinine of the two groups were lower than those before the nursing care,and the observation group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total guardians satisfaction of children in the observation group was 97.50%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of personalized grading nursing for children with henoch purpura nephritis can achieve significant results,shorten the time of symptom improvement,but also can promote the recovery of children s kidney function,as well as further improve the satisfaction of their guardians.
