摘要
目的分析不翻瓣微创法对口腔种植手术效果及美观度的影响。方法选取2020年5月至2023年1月于丹江口市第一医院行口腔种植手术的83例患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组(n=42)与观察组(n=41)。对照组采取传统翻瓣法进行口腔种植,观察组采取不翻瓣微创法进行口腔种植。比较两组种植治疗指标、种植手术效果、手术前后美观度[红色美学标准评分(pink esthetic score,PES)与白色美学标准评分(white esthetic score,WES)]及牙龈乳头高度。结果观察组种植时间、术后疼痛时间、术后肿胀时间、术后抗生素使用时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组种植成功率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后,两组PES、WES评分均高于术前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后6个月,观察组牙龈乳头高度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将不翻瓣微创法应用于口腔种植手术中,可有效缩短手术时间及术后恢复所需时间,提高种植成功率,减少不良反应发生,提升种植手术的美观度,促进牙龈功能恢复。
Objective To analyze the impact of non flap minimally invasive method on the effectiveness and aesthetics of oral implant surgery.Methods 83 patients who underwent oral implant surgery in Danjiangkou First Hospital from May 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group(n=42)and the observation group(n=41)using a random number table method.The control group used traditional flap method for oral implantation,while the observation group used non flap minimally invasive method for oral implantation.The implant treatment indicators,implant surgery results,aesthetics(pink esthetic score[PES],white esthetic score[WES])before and after surgery and gingival papilla height were compared between the two groups.Results The implantation time,postoperative pain time,postoperative swelling time and postoperative antibiotic use time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The implantation success rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the surgery,the PEC,WES scores of the two groups were higher than those before the surgery,and surgery the observation group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).6 months after the surgery,the height of the gingival papillae in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of non flap minimally invasive method in oral implantation surgery can effectively shorten the surgical time and postoperative recovery time,improve the success rate of implantation,reduce adverse reactions,improve the aesthetic appearance of implantation surgery,and promote the recovery of gingival function.
