摘要
导航手术越来越多地应用于颅颌面种植修复、损伤、面部整复、正颌外科、放疗及射频热凝治疗。精确性是导航手术的关键,误差的控制贯穿于影像获取、配准、实时跟踪及导航手术操作的各个步骤中。本文就颅颌面外科的导航手术应用及误差控制作一综述。
Image-guided surgery is being increasingly used in craniomaxillofacial implant surgery,trauma surgery,facial contouring,orthognathic surgery,radiotherapy and radiofrequency ablation.Accuracy is of vital importance for the clinical application of this sophisticated technology.All errors are integrative and depend on many factors,including image modality,registration technique,tracking technology,and application type.Knowledge of errors and error management is important to understand the possibilities and limitations of different image-guided surgical approaches.The aim of this review is to provide a comprehensive overview on the different errors and error management strategies in image-guided craniomaxillofacial surgery.
