摘要
目的探究化疗结合微波热疗对局部晚期胃癌患者近期疗效与不良反应的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2023年1月赣州市肿瘤医院收治的56例局部晚期胃癌患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组28例。对照组行常规化疗,研究组行化疗结合微波热疗,比较两组肿瘤标志物水平、T淋巴细胞亚群水平、肝肾功能指标、不良反应发生率、健康状况评分。结果治疗后,研究组糖类抗原19-9、糖类抗原72-4、癌胚抗原水平均低于对照组,CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、健康状况评分(生理功能、总体健康、躯体疼痛、社会功能、精神健康、生命活力、情感职能、生理职能)均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶、血肌酐、血尿素氮水平及不良反应(恶心呕吐、体质量下降、食欲不振、白细胞减少、血小板减少)发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论化疗结合微波热疗短期疗效更佳且安全性良好,能有效改善患者免疫功能与健康状况。
Objective To investigate the effect of chemotherapy combined with microwave hyperthermia on short-term efficacy and adverse reactions of patients with locally advanced gastric cancer.Methods A total of 56 patients with locally advanced gastric cancer admitted to Ganzhou Cancer Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into the two groups by random number table method,with 28 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional chemotherapy,and the study group was treated with chemotherapy combined with microwave hyperthermia.The levels of tumor markers,T lymphocyte subsets,liver and kidney function indexes,incidence of adverse reactions and health status scores were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of carbohydrate antigen 19-9,carbohydrate antigen 72-4 and carcinoembryonic antigen in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),health status scores(physiological function,general health,physical pain,social function,mental health,vitality,emotional function,physiological function)were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in the levels of aspartate aminotransferase,alanine aminotransferase,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen and the incidence of adverse reactions(nausea and vomiting,weight loss,loss of appetite,leukopenia,thrombocytopenia)between the two groups.Conclusion The chemotherapy combined with microwave hyperthermia has better short-term efficacy and good safety,and can effectively improve patients'immune function and health status.
