摘要
目的:构建并验证一种基于手机应用辅助的运动生理学实验教学模式。方法:选取2022级和2023级运动康复专业本科学生,2022级采用传统授课模式(传统教学组),2023级在传统授课穿插手机应用辅助的教学模式(移动教学组)。采用量化评估和学生课程反馈评分相结合的方式进行评价。结果:移动教学组期末考试均分显著高于传统教学组(P<0.01);81.13%的移动教学组学生认同传统授课穿插手机应用辅助的教学模式,在实验内容呈现、教学方式与师生互动、学习效果等方面也得到多数学生认可。结论:基于手机应用辅助的运动生理学实验教学模式在提升学生成绩和部分课程反馈方面有积极效果,但存在学生个体适应差异和占用课外时间等问题。
Objective:To develop and validate a mobile application-assisted experimental teaching model for exercise physiology.Methods:Undergraduate students majoring in sports rehabilitation from the 2022 and 2023 cohorts were selected.The 2022 cohort received traditional lecture-based teaching(traditional teaching group),while the 2023 cohort underwent a blended approach combining traditional lectures with mobile application-assisted learning modules(mobile teaching group).Evaluation was conducted using quantitative assessments and student feedback surveys.Results:The mobile teaching group achieved significantly higher average final exam scores than the traditional teaching group(P<0.01).Additionally,81.13%of students in the mobile teaching group endorsed the mobile application-assisted learning modules,with majority approval for experimental content delivery,teaching methods,student-teacher interaction,and learning outcomes.Conclusion:The mobile application-assisted learning modules demonstrated positive effects on improving academic performance and received favorable feedback in aspects of course design.However,challenges such as individual adaptability differences and extracurricular time demands were noted.
