摘要
[目的]观察小儿复方鸡内金咀嚼片联合多潘立酮治疗儿童功能性消化不良的临床疗效以及对胃排空功能、胃肠激素水平的影响。[方法]将80例功能性消化不良患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。2组患儿均给予饮食和生活方式调整措施,对照组在此基础上给予多潘立酮片,观察组在对照组基础上给予小儿复方鸡内金咀嚼片。治疗4周后,比较2组的临床疗效,评估相关胃动力学指标。[结果]①治疗4周后,观察组总有效率(95.00%)显著高于对照组(87.50%),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②治疗后2组患儿腹痛、腹胀、早饱嗳气、恶心呕吐临床症状积分与治疗前比较显著降低,且治疗后观察组与对照组相比均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③胃排空功能指标显示,观察组与对照组治疗后相比胃半排空时间明显缩短、胃窦收缩频率、胃窦收缩幅度显著增加(P<0.05);2组治疗后与治疗前比较,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。④2组治疗后胃动素、胃泌素、生长抑素水平与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患儿胃动素、胃泌素水平显著高于对照组,生长抑素水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。⑤治疗过程中,2组均无明显不良反应发生。[结论]小儿复方鸡内金咀嚼片联合多潘立酮片治疗儿童功能性消化不良效果显著,可显著改善胃肠激素水平,提高胃排空功能。
[Objective]To evaluate the clinical efficacy of pediatric compound Jineijin chewable tablets with domperidone in children with functional dyspepsia(FD)and its influences on gastric emptying and the level of gastrointestinal hormones.[Methods]Eighty children with FD were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases in each group.Besides conventional treatment,the control group were given domperidone tablets,while the observation group were treated with pediatric compound Jineijin chewable tablets in combination with domperidone tablets.After 4 weeks,the two groups were compared in terms of the curative efficacy,the gastric motility related indexes,and the clinical symptom scores.[Results]①After 4 weeks,the total therapeutic efficacy ratio in the observation group(95.00%)was statistically higher than the control group(87.50%)(P<0.05).②After treatment,the clinical symptom scores of abdominal pain,abdominal distension,early satiety and belching,nausea and vomiting in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and there were significant differences between the observation group and the control group after treatment(P<0.05).③The indexes of gastric emptying function in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group after treatment,the frequency of gastric antral contraction and the amplitude of gastric antral contraction were significantly increased(all P<0.05),and there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).④The levels of motilin,gastrin and somatostatin in the two groups after treatment were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of motilin and gastrin in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the levels of somatostatin in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).⑤During the treatment,there were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups.[Conclusion]The effect of pediatric compound Jineijin chewable tablets combined with domperidone tablets in the treatment of FD in children is remarkable,which can significantly improve the level of gastrointestinal hormones and gastric emptying function.
