低硅铝比RHO分子筛的合成及表征

摘要 采用水热合成的方法合成了低硅铝比RHO分子筛,在合成过程中考察了分子筛的陈化时间、晶化温度和晶化时间对产品的影响,确定了最佳的工艺条件。使用XRD、SEM等表征手段,判断分子筛的合成情况。简化了RHO分子筛的合成过程,缩短了合成时间,为后续的吸附实验提供了基础。 RHO molecular sieves with low Si-Al ratio were synthesized by hydrothermal synthesis.The effects of aging time,crystallization temperature and crystallization time of the molecular sieves on the product were investigated,and the best process conditions were determined.XRD,SEM and other characterization methods were used to judge the synthesis conditions of molecular sieve.The synthesis process of RHO molecular sieve was simplified and the synthesis time was shortened,which provided the basis for the subsequent adsorption experiment.
