摘要
在Mg/Al比(物质的量比)为3∶1、晶化时间为12 h、晶化温度为75℃、焙烧温度为500℃的条件下制备镁铝水滑石,并利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、光电子能谱仪(XPS)和傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)对水滑石进行表征。同时,用壳聚糖改性制备的水滑石,并考察其催化芳基苯甲醛和丙酮的Aldol缩合反应的性能。结果表明,壳聚糖改性镁铝水滑石在Aldol缩合反应中表现出更优异的催化性能,且在经过5次循环使用后依然能有效地催化Aldol缩合反应。
Mg/Al hydrotalcite was synthesized under optimized conditions with a Mg/Al molar ratio of 3∶1,a crystallization time of 12 h,a crystallization temperature of 75℃,and a calcination temperature of 500℃.The hydrotalcite was comprehensively characterized using SEM,XPS,and FT-IR.Subsequently,chitosan was employed to modify the Mg/Al hydrotalcite,and its catalytic performance in the Aldol condensation reaction between aryl aldehydes and acetone was investigated.The results demonstrated that chitosan-modified Mg/Al hydrotalcite exhibited superior catalytic activity in the Aldol condensation reaction and maintained effective catalytic performance even after five consecutive reuse cycles.
