摘要
目的:探究利马前列素在腰椎管狭窄症中的疗效及对步态参数的影响。方法:选取2023年11月-2024年8月于中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九一〇医院进行诊治的80例腰椎管狭窄症患者为研究对象。按照随机数表法分组。对照组(40例)进行常规腰椎管狭窄治疗,观察组(40例)则在对照组的基础上加用利马前列素。比较两组腰椎管狭窄症治疗总有效率、治疗前后腰腿疼痛情况[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]、疾病状态[中文版腰椎管狭窄问卷(CSSS量表)]及步态参数[常规步态指标(步速、步频及步幅)及步态对称性指标(站立相及双足支撑相)]。结果:观察组的腰椎管狭窄症治疗总有效率显著高于对照组;治疗4周及8周后观察组的腰腿VAS评分、CSSS评分及步态对称性指标均显著低于对照组,常规步态指标均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:利马前列素在腰椎管狭窄症中的疗效较好,可有效控制腰腿疼,对步态参数也有较大的改善作用,因此在腰椎管狭窄症患者中的应用价值较高。
Objective:To investigate the effect of limaprost in the treatment of patients with lumbar spinal stenosis and influence for gait parameters.Method:80 patients with lumbar spinal stenosis diagnosed and treated in 910th Hospital of the Joint Service Support Force of the Chinese People's Liberation Army from November 2023 to August 2024 were grouped by random number table.40 cases of the control group were treated with routine treatment for lumbar spinal stenosis,and 40 cases of the observation group were treated with limaprost on the treatment of control group.Then the total effective rates for limaprost,lower back and leg pain situation[Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)],disease state[Chinese swiss spinal stenosis questionnaire(CSSS scale)]and gait parameters[routine gait indexes(step speed,step frequency and stride length)and gait symmetry indexes(stance phase and bipedal support phase)]of two groups before and after the treatment were compared.Result:The total effective rate for limaprost of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group.The lower back and leg VAS score,CSSS score and gait symmetry indexes of observation group 4 and 8 weeks after the treatment were significantly lower than those of control group.The routine gait indexes were all significantly higher than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of limaprost in the treatment of patients with lumbar spinal stenosis is better,and it can effectively control the lower backand leg pain,and improve the gait parameters.So its application value in the patients with lumbar spinal stenosis is higher.
