摘要
目的:探究益肾泄浊中药结肠透析治疗慢性肾功能不全的临床价值。方法:选取2024年2月—10月大庆市龙南医院收治的60例慢性肾功能不全患者为研究对象,以随机方式分配为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组采用常规西医治疗方法,观察组采用益肾泄浊中药结肠透析方案进行治疗。对两组的治疗总有效率、肾功能指标(治疗前与治疗后)、中医症候积分(治疗前与治疗后)与不良反应的发生情况进行比较。结果:观察组治疗总有效率相较于对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,两组各项肾功能指标、中医症候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组血清肌酐及尿素氮、中医症候积分较对照组更低,内生肌酐清除率较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论:益肾泄浊中药结肠透析疗法在治疗慢性肾功能不全方面展现出显著的临床价值。该疗法能够有效提升临床疗效,优化各项肾功能指标,并降低中医症候积分,且不会引发额外的不良反应,其应用安全性高。
Objective:To explore the clinical value of colon dialysis with traditional Chinese medicine for nourishing the kidney and eliminating turbidity in the treatment of chronic renal insufficiency.Method:From February to October,2024,60 patients with chronic renal insufficiency in Longnan Hospital of Daqing City were selected as the main research object and randomly divided into two groups,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated by routine western medicine,while the observation group was treated by colon dialysis with traditional Chinese medicine for tonifying kidney and removing turbidity.The total effective rate,renal function indexes before and after treatment,TCM symptom score before and after treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in various renal function indexes and TCM symptom scores(P>0.05).After treatment,the serum creatinine,urea nitrogen and TCM symptom score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the endogenous creatinine clearance rate was higher than that in the control group with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine colon dialysis therapy,which benefits the kidney and eliminates turbidity,has shown significant clinical value in the treatment of chronic renal insufficiency.This therapy can effectively improve clinical efficacy,optimize various renal function indicators,and reduce traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,without causing additional adverse reactions.Its application safety is extremely outstanding.
