摘要
文章通过小组讨论、临床调研等方法拟定纤维支气管镜评价指标体系草案,采用德尔菲法(Delphi Method)及层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)相结合的方式确定各级指标及其权重。通过各级指标层次单排序及总排序的一致性检验,构建了纤维支气管镜评价指标体系,包括4个维度两个方面(主观方面为适用性、易用性,客观方面为技术性能、可靠性)、15个二级指标。所构建的纤维支气管镜评价指标体系,专家积极性好、参与度强、权威程度高,可为评测国内外纤维支气管镜的技术性能、适用性、易用性、可靠性、一致性等提供科学合理的理论依据。
This article developed a draft evaluation index system for fiberoptic bronchoscopy through group discussions,clinical research,and other methods.The Delphi Method and Analytic Hierarchy Process were combined to determine the indicators and their weights at each level.Through consistency testing of single ranking and overall ranking of indicators at all levels,this article ultimately constructed an evaluation index system for fiberoptic bronchoscopy,including 4 dimensions and 2 aspects(subjective aspect:applicability and usability,objective aspect:technical performance and reliability),and 15 secondary indicators.The evaluation index system for fiberoptic bronchoscopy constructed has good expert enthusiasm,strong participation,and high authority,which can provide a scientific and reasonable theoretical basis for evaluating the technical performance,applicability,usability,reliability,consistency,and other aspects of fiberoptic bronchoscopy at home and abroad.
