数智新型浮地惠普忆阻模拟器的设计与实现

摘要 在开展高校创新训练项目研究中,设计了所用电路元器件数目最少的新型浮地惠普忆阻模拟器.基于“雷实验(LEI)”智慧实验平台,仿真研究了所设计忆阻模拟器的电流-电压特性,仿真结果表明在周期信号激励下模拟器的电流-电压特性呈现“8”字型捏滞回线,且滞回曲线所包围的面积随激励信号频率增大而减小,与忆阻器电流-电压特性相吻合.基于LEI智慧实验平台实现了虚实结合的新型忆阻模拟器的硬件系统,虚实结合实验结果与仿真结果一致. A new type of floating HP memristor emulators using the minimum number of electronic devices and elements was designed in the research of a college innovation training program.Based on the platform of Lab of Electronics Intelligence(LEI),the current-voltage characteristics of the designed memristor emulator was studied via simulation,the simulated results indicated the characteristic exhibiting“8”figure pinched hysteresis loops under periodic excitations and the areas enclosed by the hysteresis loops decreasing with the increase of the input frequency,which were in good consistence with the behaviors of memristors.Thus,the hardware memristor emulator was realized with the combination of virtuality and reality based on the LEI platform,and the virtuality and reality combined experimental results demonstrated the simulated characteristics.
