摘要
劳动是人类社会生产力的核心和基础,是一切财富和一切文化的源泉;劳动精神是中国共产党的精神瑰宝。在数智时代,技术变革引起了劳动传统、劳动观、劳动价值观等方面变革,激发了更多物质创造和精神创造,促进了劳动者身体和思想解放,推动了人的全面发展和社会的显著进步。随着劳动的“谋生功能”弱化,学生的吃苦耐劳精神出现代际落差,对劳动的情感认同产生差异化倾向。促进劳动精神培育破局纾困、提质增效,就需要全面审视数智时代的劳动精神培育现状,辩证分析挑战与困境,把握技术赋能的机遇与优势,结合劳动教育所蕴含的哲学意蕴,从应对教育变革、统筹教育资源、形成协同效应等方面探究,探索构建“传统教育与智慧教育相结合”“理论学习与实践养成相结合”“日常教育与氛围营造相结合”的应对方略。
Labor is the core and foundation of productive forces in human society,the source of all wealth and all culture,and the spirit of labor is the spiritual treasure of the Communist Party of China.In the digital intelligence era,technological revolution has caused changes in labor traditions,labor views,labor values,and other aspects.It has stimulated more material creation and spiritual creation,promoted the liberation of workers'bodies and minds,and promoted the all-round development of people and the remarkable progress of society.Nevertheless,with the weakening of the"livelihood function"of labor,the students'spirit of hard work and the endurance of intergenerational disparity,the emotional identity of labor to produce differentiated tendencies.To promote the cultivation of labor spirit,it is necessary to comprehensively examine the current situation of the cultivation of labor spirit in the era of digital intelligence,dialectically analyze the challenges and difficulties,grasp the opportunities and advantages of technology empowerment,combine the philosophical implications contained;it is also necessary to explore the response strategies of"combining traditional education with smart education","combining theoretical learning with practical cultivation",and"combining daily education with atmosphere building"from the aspects of responding to educational reform,coordinating educational resources,and forming synergistic effects.
