摘要
近年来,随着现代医学对附子理中丸(汤)研究的不断深化,现代医家发现此方药理作用广泛,临床上将此方应用于多种肠道疾病,并且疗效显著。本文通过对相关文献分析和总结发现,附子理中丸(汤)对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)、克罗恩病(CD)、肠易激综合征(IBS)、慢性胃炎等多种疾病疗效确切,还可用于胃癌术后辅助治疗,其作用机制主要包括抗炎、保护肠道黏膜、调节肠道菌群、促进胃肠动力、调节免疫及抗肿瘤等。现本文特对附子理中丸的药理作用及其在肠道疾病中的临床应用进行梳理阐述,为本方以后合理的临床应用与研究提供参考。
In recent years,with the deepening of modern medical research on Fuzi Lizhong pill(decoction),scholars have discovered its extensive pharmacological effects.This formula has been clinically applied to various intestinal diseases with remarkable efficacy.Through literature analysis and synthesis,this paper reveals that Fuzi Lizhong pill(decoction)demonstrates significant therapeutic effects on ulcerative colitis(UC),Crohn’s disease(CD),irritable bowel syndrome(IBS),chronic gastritis,and other conditions.It also serves as an adjuvant therapy for postoperative gastric cancer patients.The underlying mechanisms primarily include anti-inflammatory action,intestinal mucosal protection,gut microbiota modulation,gastrointestinal motility enhancement,immune regulation,and antitumor effects.This paper systematically reviews the pharmacological effects of Fuzi Lizhong pill(decoction)and its clinical applications in intestinal disorders,aiming to provide references for its rational clinical use and future research.
