隔姜灸联合针刺治疗中风患者腹泻临床应用进展

摘要 中风是脑血管常见病,中风后患者常并发胃肠功能障碍,其中腹泻是常见症状,严重影响预后。隔姜灸是一种常用的中医护理技术,以温灸原理为基础,与针刺协同发挥双向调节效应,共奏温经通络、扶正祛邪之功。本文系统梳理近年文献,从隔姜灸概念内涵、中风后腹泻常见诱因以及联合针刺的临床效应等多维度进行归纳,归集证据并反思不足,旨在提升该法止泻疗效,为后续护理路径优化与机制研究提供循证依据与实践参照。 Stroke,as the leading cerebrovascular disease,is a sudden illness that seriously af⁃fects the health of patients.Its complications directly affect the prognosis of patients,with gastro⁃intestinal dysfunction being the most common,especially diarrhea.Ginger separated moxibustion is a commonly used Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing technique,belonging to the category of object separated moxibustion.Based on the principle of warm moxibustion,the operating meth⁃ods are improved to better play the therapeutic effects of warming meridians,unblocking collater⁃als,nourishing the right and eliminating pathogenic factors.By reviewing relevant literature on the treatment of diarrhea with ginger separated moxibustion combined with acupuncture in recent years,this article summarizes and organizes the basic concept of ginger separated moxibustion,common causes of diarrhea in stroke patients,and the application of ginger separated moxibustion combined with acupuncture in the treatment of diarrhea in stroke patients.It summarizes and con⁃siders the therapeutic effect of ginger separated moxibustion combined with acupuncture in the treatment of diarrhea in stroke patients,in order to improve the effectiveness of ginger separated moxibustion combined with acupuncture in treating diarrhea,and provide valuable references for clinical nursing research.
