摘要
为了分析安山岩集料是否可用于沥青混凝土,开展了安山岩粗集料性能评价与形貌特性试验研究。试验结果表明,安山岩母岩选材应按单轴抗压强度不低于70 MPa进行控制,安山岩粗集料应按表观相对密度不低于2.7,吸水率不大于1.0%,压碎值不大于15%,磨光值不小于42进行质量控制,同时可通过掺入水泥和化学抗剥离剂来改善安山岩集料与沥青粘附性。采用三级破碎加工和整形工艺可降低安山岩集料棱角性,提高其球形度,整体上安山岩集料整形后粒形与玄武岩相当。安山岩粗集料的纹理与石灰岩集料处于同一水平,略差于玄武岩,用作防滑耐磨集料应加强磨光值检测。
In order to analyze the suitability of andesite aggregate used for asphalt concrete,the performance and morphological characteristics of coarse andesite aggregate are studied.The test results indicate that the selection of source rock should be controlled based on a uniaxial compressive strength of no less than 70 MPa.The quality control for coarse andesite aggregate should require the apparent relative density of no less than 2.7,the water absorption rate of no more than 1.0%,the crushing value of no more than 15%and the polished stone value(PSV)of no less than 42.The adhesion between andesite aggregate and asphalt can be improved by incorporating cement and chemical anti-stripping agents.The application of three-stage crushing process and shaping technology can reduce the angularity and enhance the sphericity of andesite aggregate.Overall,the particle shape of processed andesite aggregate is comparable to that of basalt.The texture of coarse andesite aggregate is on par with that of limestone aggregate but slightly inferior to basalt.When andesite aggregate is used as anti-skid aggregate,stricter monitoring of the polished stone value is necessary.
