摘要
桥梁伸缩缝锚固区混凝土服役条件恶劣,在高速密集的车辆荷载、跳车冲击或路基之间发生沉降等因素导致伸缩缝锚固区极易破损。为解决锚固区破损后的修复难度和较长修复周期的问题,以环氧树脂和高柔韧性活性稀释剂为基料,加入常温快速固化剂、高强耐磨集料和弹性颗粒,成功开发了一种快速固化的高韧性环氧树脂混合料,并对其性能进行了系统性的试验评估。依据最佳配比的试验结果表明,该混合料凝胶时间控制在15 min~40 min,2 h的抗压强度达到42.4 MPa,1 d的抗压强度超过50 MPa,显示出其作为桥梁伸缩缝快速修复材料的高性能和耐冲击性。
The service conditions of concrete in the anchorage zone of bridge expansion joints are harsh,and factors such as high-speed dense vehicle loads,jumping impacts,or settlement between roadbeds can easily cause damage to the anchorage zone of expansion joints.To solve the problem of difficulty and long repair cycle after anchor zone damage,a fast curing high toughness epoxy resin mixture was successfully developed using epoxy resin and high flexibility reactive diluent as base materials,where room temperature rapid curing agent,high-strength wear-resistant aggregate,and elastic particles were added.The performance of the mixture was systematically tested and evaluated.The test results based on the optimal mix ratio show that the gel time of the mixture is controlled within 15 min~40 min,the compressive strength of the mixture reaches 42.4 MPa in 2 h,and the compressive strength of the mixture exceeds 50 MPa in 1d,which shows its high performance and impact resistance as a rapid repair material for bridge expansion joints.
